# Booking & Cancellation

You can book Terra Mist through the official Terra Stays website or by contacting Terra Stays through the official contact channels listed on our website.
A booking becomes confirmed once the required payment has been received and Terra Stays has issued a booking confirmation.
### 28. Are Terra Mist bookings refundable?
*No. All confirmed Terra Mist bookings are non-refundable.*
Once a booking has been confirmed, the amount paid will not be refunded if the guest cancels the booking.
Eligible bookings may, however, be rescheduled once in accordance with the applicable rescheduling policy.
### 29. Can I reschedule my Terra Mist booking?
Yes. A confirmed booking may be *rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least **72 hours before the original check-in date*.
The rescheduled stay must be completed within *12 months from the original check-in date* and is subject to availability.
If the new dates have a higher applicable tariff, the guest must pay the difference before the revised booking is confirmed.
If the new dates have a lower tariff, the difference will not be refunded or credited.
### 30. What happens if I cancel my Terra Mist booking?
Confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to travel, you may request a one-time rescheduling instead, subject to the applicable rescheduling conditions.
### 31. What happens if I don’t arrive for my booking?
If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed booking without prior approved rescheduling, the booking will be treated as a *no-show*.
No refund or rescheduling will be available for a no-show.
### 32. What happens if Terra Mist’s prices increase after I book?
If your booking has already been *confirmed*, the tariff stated in your booking confirmation will remain applicable to that booking.
New tariffs apply to new bookings made after the revised tariff comes into effect.
This means guests who book earlier retain the tariff applicable to their confirmed booking.
